Grow with Elaine is a FREE private group, moderated on Facebook by Holistic Wellness Coach Elaine Bintz.

Grow with Elaine replaces the 30 Day Health challenge that has been running between Jan. 1st through Jan. 30th for the past 15 years.

The purpose of this group is to focus on GROWTH! Growth may include topics about: health, wellness, finances, family, etc.

Elaine will post only 26 videos over the course of 2023, 1 video every other week, as opposed to posting 30 videos for 30 days in a row in January.

Growth is caused by change. This includes, but is not limited to: new ideas, learning, listening, and of course, experiencing new, unique things.

My mission for 2023 is to: keep GROWING! Challenge yourself to apply the information discussed here, if possible, into your own life.
